R8 Gordini 1968 of José Carpinteiro Albino
My father won the first rally of Portugal, back in 1968 in a Renault 8 Gordini. In 1990 he recovered this car and today we make some historic rallies in the Gordini.
I like your site and I send you some photos from 1968 and from the "Volta a Portugal - Clássicos", an event where me and him participate every year.
He is the driver (José Carpinteiro Albino) and I am the co-driver. I also send you the classification from the races of 1999 and 2000 where we won the group and class.
